Book binder (TBB50/1D)
This machine is a new return-type book binder, its main transmission adopts frequency-converting speed-regulating system. The machine runs stably and its working speed is adjusted conveniently, so the book clamp runs quickly and that raises binding speed; Bottom glue-pot and side glue-pot are equipped in this machine so that the book can be applied by hot-melt glue at the bottom or on both sides. Creasing device and the clamping time of upper book cover can be adjusted to ensure the cover cements very firmly\attractively, and the binding effect can reach as disc book binder does. This machine is suitable for adhesive binding on books, block covering after stitching as well.
In electrical part we adopt famous international brand components to ensure it runs stably. When the machine is running, book block is fed by hand\scratched up\applied by hot-melt glue, book cover is also fed by manual\binded\strengthened and creased etc process to complete book binding for paper cover.
